How much water should you drink in a day? I try to drink two 32oz cups of ice water a day. I keep a big cup of ice water setting around all day long. Not sure it helps with getting hungry though.

I have never had trouble drinking enough water. I guess because as a child if I was thirsty my Mother would say to have a glass of water. It's a good habit to begin with right from the beginning. My children drink water too.

I usually only drink herbal tea or water. Though I know I need to up my intake. And I love lemon water! THanks for the reminder - I must go out and purchase some lemons this weekend. :)

My husband and I keep a glass of water around us all the time. I rarely drink soda, just with certain things like pizza. My husband thinks I'm weird because I like water when I eat popcorn. I think I'm weird for other reasons. LOL
