Lily in Wonderland
By: Kelly Fitzpatrick
Publisher: Cerridwen Press
ISBN: 9781419923074

Lily Tucker is down on her luck and considering a career strutting her stuff around a pole when she gets a call about an unexpected inheritance. It’s every girl’s dream—her estranged grandmother’s kicked the bucket, leaving Lily a house on a private island in Wonderland.

When she reaches Wonderland, though, she finds a house that’s more like a hovel, a job waiting tables at the local diner, and a crime wave that seems to begin and end with Lily herself. Sexy deputy Toby can’t decide if he should arrest her or drag her off to bed—until it becomes clear that Lily’s not the criminal. She’s the target.
A classic Lynne Graham story I can't wait to read...

Virgin on Her Wedding Night
by Lynne Graham

Already haunted by a youth of illegitimacy and poverty, Valente Lorenzatto never forgave Caroline Hales's abandonment of him at the altar. But now he's made millions and claimed his aristocratic Venetian birthright—and he's poised to get his revenge. He'll ruin Caroline's family by buying out their company and throwing them out of their mansion…unless she agrees to give him the wedding night she denied him five years ago….

I read Kelly's book this afternoon (during a paper break). It was good, and the characters were very realistic. Heroine had some major flaws and issues she has to work through. I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so I'll try not to be too detailed, but I felt there were some huge gaps in the story line. Sort of like watching a series season finale with a cliffhanger that never really gets resolved. Kind of was hard to follow. I think I'd give her another buy though, because she definitely has potential. Not yet auto-buy potential though. At least not for me.
