She's been sprung by the warden...

For good behavior...or at least her heart is FINALLY behaving and her blood pressure is at more acceptable levels.  For those of you who haven't been to the blog recently, I'm talking about my mom and she's been in the hospital for a while.  I'm headed over to help her get settled in at home, but wanted to share with everyone who has been keeping the vigil with me, that we're on the up swing now. :)

And, Michele, I agree...I've got some very special friends in my readers!

Hugs,
Lucy

Good news abounds. I am SO pleased and relieved to hear that your Mom is better- enough to go home. Being home , in a loving and familiar environment, will further her progress as nothing else will.
Bet the food will be better too, LOL.
All the best for continued good health for your Mom, Lucy. And courage and support for you too.
God Bless!
Michele

BTW, can she have chocolate?? Anyone who's spent even ONE night in the hospital deserves man's greatest invention since sin. *grin*

Thanks, everyone! I spent the afternoon at Mom's getting her settled in, helping to move her bedroom around so so she can use her bed. Hope that works. As for chocolate...not right now. She's diabetic and we're not pushing anything at the moment. :)

Hugs,
Lucy

That's great Lucy! Being diabetic, you have to be that much more careful with her. Say hi to mom for us - she's a special lady :)
